# Online signatures for order confirmations

Enable customers to confirm sales orders using electronic signatures in Odoo. This feature speeds up approvals and improves the overall sales workflow.

The Odoo **Sales** application allows customers to confirm quotations directly through an online signature. Once the document is signed, the order is instantly validated, and the assigned salesperson is notified in real time.

This process removes the need for manual confirmations and helps accelerate the sales cycle.

## **Activate online signatures**

To allow customers to sign quotations digitally, the *Online Signature* feature must first be enabled.

- Go to **Sales app ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings**

- Scroll to **Quotations & Orders**

- Enable the **Online Signature** option

- Click **Save**
