Amazon Connector features
The Amazon Connector integrates Amazon orders directly into Odoo, reducing manual data entry and enabling better visibility of sales activity across platforms.
Supported features
The Amazon Connector provides the following capabilities:

Automatically syncs confirmed Amazon orders (both FBA and FBM) into Odoo, including:

product details such as name, description, and quantity

shipping fees associated with each order

gift wrap charges when applicable

Creates customer records in Odoo when they do not already exist (including both contact and delivery addresses)

Sends shipment confirmations from Odoo to Amazon for FBM orders, ensuring timely payment processing

Updates product stock levels from Odoo to Amazon for FBM operations

Allows connection of multiple Amazon seller accounts

Supports multiple marketplaces within each seller account

Note
The Amazon Connector focuses on synchronizing sales orders only. Other operations—such as fee reports, dispute handling, or refunds—must still be managed directly in Amazon Seller Central.
Warning
As of February 19, 2024, for North American marketplaces, FBA orders imported via the Amazon Connector do not include customer names in Odoo.
This change is due to Amazon handling and remitting sales tax on behalf of sellers, which limits the sharing of personally identifiable customer information.
Supported marketplaces
If a required marketplace is not available in your setup, you can manually add a new marketplace.
